 have been established since April 2005.

We run from  the The Hull Sports Centre on Chants Ave North. We welcome all abilities & promise to look after, nurture & support your running needs. We actively encourage communication & feedback so that we can continue to build membership.

We are a group of ladies of mixed abilities. Some of our ladies run for fun, to keep fit, to socialize, & some ladies enter races of various distances. So we adjust our training needs to suit. We also have a training plan of set routes & distances if ladies want a set routine.  

The sports centre is a  very friendly place, which is currently undergoing some refurbishment work to improve the sporting facilities for all its members.

There are showers, lockers & changing facilities. A great bar to have a social drink in after your run & if you wish a bite to eat. 

We are affiliated  club to the England Athletic Association. Therefore all club members benefit from reduced entry fees to races.
